James C. Christensen - American Fantasy Artist

Guardian in the Woods - James C. Christensen

Poking around Pinterest awhile back I came across a painting that I fell in love with. The title was "College of Magical Knowledge, in fact I liked it so much I added it to the sidebar of this blog. What drew me to it was the look of fantasy which I love in any form whether it be in movies, books, collectables or art.

College of Magical Knowledge reminded me of Jim Shore's Heartwood Creek Figurines, especially the Santas that I collect. The artist was listed as James C. Christensen who I had not heard of, so of course I had to do some research on him and also any other works by him.
